Overview

Email History is the selected client outbound email audit trail. Filter and open sent emails, compare sequence-step performance, then export the current view with delivery and engagement details. The performance table follows the active date range, campaign, user, and search filters. It groups Auto-Cadence, Post-Call, and other email types by step and template variant, then shows sent volume plus open, click, reply, bounce, and unsubscribe counts and rates. Reply status reflects campaign-attributed human responses and excludes automated or system classifications.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client and date range

Choose the client, then set Start and End for the reporting window. The header shows emails in view, recipients reached, and Auto-Cadence versus Post-Call volume.

  2. Filter and search

Use All Campaigns and All Users, or search contact name, company, recipient address, sender address, or subject. Changing a filter resets pagination.

  3. Compare sequence step performance

Review Sequence step performance after setting the date range and filters. Each row groups one email type, cadence step, and template variant. Sent is the denominator for the open, click, reply, bounce, and unsubscribe rates. Reply counts emails with at least one attributed human response, not the total number of reply messages. Manual or older email rows without tracked step data appear as Not tracked.

  4. Read the sent-email table

Each row shows Contact, Company, To, From, Subject, Preview, Type, cadence Step, Campaign, Sent by, and Sent time. Select a contact name for the contact record or select elsewhere in the row for the full email.

  5. Interpret reply status

A reply is counted only when the campaign-attributed inbound message is a human response. Shwarming, Auto Reply, Internal, Out Of Office, Undeliverable, Ignore, Ignore Contact, and Ignore Global classifications are excluded from replied totals and per-email reply status.

  6. Export the current view

Select Export CSV to download the filtered and sorted rows. The file begins with the selected date range, filters, generated time, send volume, and opened, clicked, replied, bounced, and unsubscribed totals and rates. Each row includes its delivery and engagement timestamps.
